Have been dealing with i-contacts.co.nz for several years. Recently had a change of prescription which caused some confusion on my part. Icontacts sent me a free lens and I was able to return... I am usually apprehensive of online vouchers through GrabOne/GroupOn. The service is usually "crappy" (pardon the French) and real slow. I was kinda wary about getting a similar deal for i-contacts... Many thanks for the quick and efficient service you provide for me to get my lenses. Again i-contacts have been so supportive and I am really impressed. When a supplier let i-contacts down prior Christmas Tony and the team went out of their way to ensure I had a supply of lenses... Great company to deal with. Communication at every step. My order is usually sent that day and gets through to NZ within a week. Saving $$ rather than going through another shop.
